• Check‑out time: Please vacate the property by 11:00 AM. Let us know in advance if you need a later time—we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to the next guest’s schedule.
  • Cleanliness: Tidy up before you leave—wash dishes, wipe down counters, and take out the trash. A quick sweep of the floor helps the next guests feel right at home.
  • No smoking: The house is a non‑smoking space. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • No parties or events: To respect the neighborhood, we do not allow unapproved gatherings or parties.
  • Pets are not allowed. Please respect this rule; any violation may result in additional fees.
  • Quiet hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors.
  • Security: Leave the front door locked, set the alarm (if applicable), and return any keys or lockboxes as instructed.
  • Damage & extra fees: Report any breakages or issues before you leave. Extra cleaning or damage fees will be charged to the security deposit if necessary.
